The Moosomin Chamber of Commerce December meeting will be Wednesday, December 18 at 11:45 am at the Canalta Hotel meeting room in Moosomin.
Fireworks weekend
There will be discussion on plans for the return of the Living Skies Come Alive Fireworks Competition at Moosomin Regional Park August 2-3, 2025.
Holiday Smile Cookie Cheque presentation
There will be a presentation from Tim Hortons Moosomin to McNaughton High School of the proceeds of the Holiday Smile Cookie campaign.
There will be an update from McNaughton High School on the renovation project, which was supported by local businesses and the Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign.
Renovations in the Home Ec Room have recently been completed.
Entrepreneurship
Newly elected Moosomin Town Council members Heather Truman and Victor Santos Cardoza will speak about their plans for encouraging entrepreneurship in Moosomin.
Mayor’s report
New Moosomin Mayor Murray Gray will give an update to Chamber members on his plans for the town moving forward, and his priorities for the community.
MLA’s report
Moosomin-Montmartre MLA Kevin Weedmark will give an update on his experience so far representing the constituency in the Legislature.
The meeting begins at 11:45 am Wednesday, lunch is served and everyone is welcome.
